Ted was born early while I was on my way back from vacation. Mom said that it was a horrible kidding and that there was a dead doe and live buck kid. I honestly tried to give Ted away before I got home. Thank goodness that fell through! Ted was not a buck but a doe! I asked Mom if she was wearing her glasses that afternoon! The name Ted stuck because I was already calling her that and she comes to it, so Thy Name Is Ted!

Titanium was a single doe from Nickeline, who has never given me a doe, so she is staying. This kid has a wide rump and is probably one of the biggest in my bottle kid pen.
I absolutely love this kid! I was there the day she was born and she caught my eye as a soaking wet baby! I am thankful to Karen Smith for letting me bring this girl into my herd. Taaffeite is big, long, level and oh so deep. I am so excited about the future of the doe.
